Topic: STRENGTHEN ME WITH STRENGTH

Psalms 138:3 “In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, And strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.”

It is a well known fact that our bodies use serotonin as energy and momentum to strengthen us during every day life, issues and situations.

When we overdo it, we run out of serotonin (not allowing it to be replenished) and as a substitute our bodies are forced to let adrenaline kick in.

The problem is that adrenaline is designed to be used for emergency use only.

Adrenaline sustains us for a little bit but soon it turns on us.

Many medical sources indicate that sustained high levels of adrenaline can lead to persistent high blood pressure, vascular damage, anxiety, heart palpitations, severe headaches, insomnia, weight gain, and an increased risk of heart attacks.

We've learned to camouflage the inner stress, brain fog and painful heart wounds.

When we step out in our finest attire with

our friends, family and loved ones, they seldom notice this altered chemical state caused by being on constant fight-fright-flight mode.

They only see the polished, put together, manicured and well-kept sister stepping out.

They don't see how stressed, frenzied and tired you really are in your SOUL.

Read and memorize Psalms 138:3 every day in the month of June, and relax and flow into the supernatural strength that's just a prayer away!
